When you try to login you get an Invalid Login message
Did you verify your email address? Right after registration an email is sent with a special confirmation link. You must click that link to confirm that the email is correct and to activate your account.
Is Caps Lock on? Believe it or not, most of the time this is the cause for invalid logins. Caps Lock keys seems to have a will of their own, so check that it's off or, just in case, try to enter your password with it on.
Is your browser set to remember passwords? Sometimes, when upgrading the browser or the operating system, browser-cached passwords go stale. Try entering login and password manually.
You tried all the above, and still can't login?
Follow the Lost your pasword link in the secure login box. You'll be prompted to enter your email address and a verification token will be sent there.
Click on the verification link, and a new password will be generated for you and emailed back. Please remember that passwords sent via email are not secure: you should really change this temporary password from your Dashboard as soon as possible.
I can't access my email address anymore!
You can't use the automatic password recovery, because you must be able to access the email address used when registering.
Send us a message from the main support page explaining the situation. We'll try to contact the registered email address, and will ask you to provide evidence of your ownership cross referencing some data found in your records. If your answers and our records match, we'll change your email address and reset your password.
